[English name] FRUCTUS PIPERIS

[Alias] white pepper, black pepper

[Source] This product is pepper plant pepper Piper nigrum L. dry near mature or ripe fruit. Late autumn to secondary spring fruit was dark green harvest, dried, black pepper; fruit red when harvested, soaked with water for several days, wipe the pulp, dried, white pepper.
