Latin name of plant, animal and mineral: Cupressus funebris Endl.

The original tree is 35m tall and has a bust of 2m. The bark is light brown; the large branches are open; the branchlets are slender, drooping, and the scaly branchlets are flat, arranged in a plane, green, and about 1mm wide; the older branchlets are cylindrical, dark brown purple, and slightly shiny. Leaf type 2; scale leaves are 1-1.5mm long, apex is sharp, the back of the central leaf has striped glands, and the back of both sides of the leaf has ridges. Male cones are elliptical or ovoid, 2.5-3mm long; female cones are 3-6mm long, subglobose, and about 3.5mm in diameter. The cones are round, diameter 8-12mm, dark brown when ripe; 4 pairs of seed scales, apex is irregular pentagonal or square, 5-7mm wide, with pointed or absent center, breeding scales with 5-6 seeds; The seeds are broad obovate rhombus or nearly round, flat, about 2.5mm long, light brown, shiny, and narrow winged edges. The same spot appears on the corresponding position of the reference substance chromatogram.
