The leaves (evergreen leaves) and flowers of the plant are also used for

Clinical Applications:

① Treatment of diphtheria Take the fresh evergreen rhizome 40 grams, add 100 

ml vinegar, soak 48 hours to 10 days, remove slag filtration, and then add cold boiling

water to 20 ml, make 20% dipping solution. Daily dosage: 1 years old under 1 ml, 1~2years old 2 ml, 3~4years old 3 ml, 5~6years old 4 ml, 7~9years old 5 ml, 10~12years

old 6 ml, 13~15years old 7.5 ml, 16 years old and above 10~15 ml, divided into 

6 times. Double the amount for the first time. 40 cases were treated, 36 cases 

were cured and 4 cases were killed. After taking the medicine, the body temperature averaged 3 days to return to normal, pharyngeal pain disappeared within 4 days,bacterial culture for 5 days turn Yin. According to the observation of 552 

cases (433 of which were treated with mycin), the cure rate was 93.2%, the curative effect

were ineffective. Usage: General outpatient cases with evergreen root 6 money, 

1 doses per

day, morning and evening decoction, used for 4 days, after the need to reuse, 

for hospitalization and emergency cases, with evergreen Root 22 decoction, until

effective or drug response, the continuous service does not exceed 4 days, and 

the appropriate use of other traditional Chinese medicine.
